 Once installed, this plugin will allow you to classify messages as spam or not-spam directly from outlook (not available for Entourage or Webmail).
How to change your network password
 Changing your password is an important and responsible practice. When you choose a password, choose a strong one for your own protection. Strong passwords, (1) Use a random mixture of characters & numbers. (2) Don't use a word found in a dictionary, English or foreign. (3) Don't just include a number after the previous password (e.g. apple1, then apple2, etc.)
PC Users:
Simultaneously hold down the CTRL + ALT + Delete keys to produce a "Logon Information" screen. Click the "Change Password..." button and fill in the fields with your current and new password.

Mac Users:
On a MAC you will need to log into webmail and change it from the "Options" area.
Once you are logged into webmail, click on "Options" found at the very bottom left of your screen. Scroll down the options screen and click on "Change Password" to produce an "Internet Service Manager" screen. Fill in the fields with the appropriate information. *Note: Domain=bismarck; account=your firstname underscore lastname.
