Manages the technology Help Desk and resolves escalated end-user service requests. Plans for the deployment and support of hardware, software, and other technologies within the district. Also supervises the Technology Support Specialists.

Technology Support Specialists
Technology service requests are assigned to a support specialist based on their building assignment. You can create a service request by calling the help desk at 323-4040, entering it online through the TMS or by sending an email to help_desk@bismarckschools.org.
