Registering with Bismarck Public Schools is the first step to documenting your development pathway. However, if the class in which you are interested has a graduate credit option you may need to register again through the credit granting institution. Any special graduate credit registration instructions should be noted in the class description. Below are links to additional information supplied by the various universities and providers.

Connect ND (link)
 North Dakota State University System Portal for Student Grades and Transcripts. Use this to download your grades for submission into the Staff Tracker.

My Umary (link)
 The University of Mary portal for unofficial transcripts, course history, class assignments, final grades, class schedules, syllabi, and campus and course announcements etc. Use this to download your grades for submission into the Staff Tracker.

North Dakota State University (NDSU) (link)
 Use this online form to register and pay for credit that is being offered through NDSU. This includes EduTech classes (when you receive notification that you have enough hours for a credit).

UND Study Group & Staff Development Registration Information (link)
 Use this web site to register and pay for credit for district study groups and staff development workshops approved for UND credit. Registration will be open until the last day of the workshop at midnight.

Latte Session Graduate Credit Options
 Staff have the option of accumulating Latte Sessions and applying them toward graduate credits (each 10 unique sessions will qualify for a graduate credit). The credit is offered through UND (in December and May of each school year) and titled:
21st Century Strategies and Tools: Latte Sessions Part 1 Registration Date Span - Dec 6th - Dec 31st and May 2nd - June 3rd.
21st Century Strategies and Tools: Latte Sessions Part 2 Registration Date Span - Dec 6th - Dec 31st and May 2nd - June 3rd.
Graduate credit registration is online using the UND link above (during the registration date span). To receive a "Satisfactory" in the class participants must submit the following evidence via the BPS Technology Blog area at:

(1) evidence of 10 unique Latte sessions (training record from Tracker). (2) a one page reflection about technology integration (see rubric below). (3) at least one sample artifact illustrating how you applied what was learned in one or more latte sessions.
