ND Jr. Duck Stamp competition
Shanalle Engen, a high school student in the Graphic Design program at the Bismarck Career Academy, received honorable mention in the North Dakota Jr. Duck Stamp competition. The winning artwork will be exhibited throughout the state at national wildlife refuge events, zoos, shopping malls, Scheels Sports, and other locations. There were 1,184 entries in North Dakota this year.
